FGH's technical and methodological expertise is based on almost 100 years of experience in the field of electrical power engineering. For already more than 30 years we are working in the field of grid integration of renewable energy sources.
Our Certification Body
Founded in 2004, our certification body is worldwide‘s first accredited institution for the certification of the electrical characteristics of power generating units and plants. As a pioneer in the field of grid code compliance certification, we have issued the world‘s first plant and unit certificates as well as the first certificates for several technologies according to the latest grid codes and guidelines.
In addition to unit and system certification following VDE application rules (VDE-AR-N 4105/ 4110/ 4120) and other national and international grid codes, our range of services also includes the certification of products and components such as power plant controllers, protection devices, grid control units or storage systems.
Our Test Laboratory
Our accredited testing laboratory offers qualified conformity and type testing according to relevant and customized test specifications. Our customers are manufacturers of generating and storage units and components as well as project developers.
Our Inspection Department
As a perfect complement, our inspection body offers customized on-site testing and inspection services, e.g. testing of protection devices and commissioning declarations.
